Direct Action Theatre in collaboration with Extinction Rebellion closed all access to OLJE- OG ENERGIPOLITISK SEMINAR 2024.

Direct Action Theatre presented the so called lighthouse among the Norwegian law: paragraf 112.

The right to a healthy environment is your fundamental right.

Sustainability is a constitutional duty.

Our responsibility is to safeguard the environment for future generations.

Environmental protection is a commitment, not a choice.

Nature's rights are human rights.

Paragraph 112 is empowering citizens to protect the environment.

Serve and protect the protectors.

Serve and protect the protesters.

Serve and protect the future.

Serve and protect the environment.

Ҥ 141 of the Criminal Code, a and b, both can and should be seen in the context of the spirit of the times that prevailed when the terrorism legislation, with which it stands in connection, was adopted, but it neither should nor should be understood solely from the context of that time.

When Madam Justice is blindfolded, it means that the Petroleum Association and the State can also be affected by her judgment. If the Petroleum Association and the Authorities enter into an alliance to knowingly and willfully disregard Section 112 of the Constitution - The lighthouse - to take the chance that it will be fine to drive on; with the knowledge of willfully breaking the Climate Act, we believe that a cross-border organized crime alliance is being entered into.

The lighthouse - Section 112 of the Constitution Everyone has the right to an environment that ensures health, and to nature where productivity and diversity are preserved. Nature's resources must be managed based on a long-term and comprehensive consideration that safeguards this right also for posterity. Citizens have the right to know about the state of the natural environment and about the effects of planned and implemented interventions in nature, so that they can safeguard the right they have according to the preceding paragraph. The national authorities must implement measures that implement these principles. Whether they have, or have not, calculated that there is no prosecution to punish the crime of failing the non-voting future generations, as well as vulnerable and endangered species on the globe, is secondary.

But we believe we have found that we have a prosecution case, because:

a) a cross-border organized crime alliance is entered into

b) the criminal act of breaking the Climate Act, which is obviously to be understood as the extension of §112 of the Constitution.

The Climate Act is the beacon of the lighthouse, if you will.”
